The existing ecosystem combined advanced hardware with fragmented operational experiences across onboarding, interface systems, deployment materials, and clinical interaction.
Most products in the category relied heavily on technical density to communicate capability, which often increased hesitation during real-world use. Lindholm approached Spector to create a more unified system where industrial design, interface behaviour, communication, and usability could work together with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency across every touchpoint.

We redesigned the product language across interface systems, onboarding flows, product visuals, and service communication. The final system keeps a strong sense of capability while feeling softer, clearer, and more approachable in everyday use.
